Purchased a new Camry XSE recently. Ryley one of Fredericton Toyota’s sales consultants made the experience hassle free and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are in the market of getting a new vehicle to contact Ryley. He was professional, not pushy, and genuinely put the buyer first. This was our third Toyota we have purchased at Fredericton Toyota and will most likely be back in a few years to do it again!
Dealing with Toyota Fredericton, particularly the service department, has been the worst experience. I’ve been having ongoing issues with fuel mileage with my brand new 2024 RAV4. They have been less than helpful with this issue. I purchased the extended warranty package which came with the regular servicing to maintain the lifespan of the vehicle. I visited Fredericton Toyota to finance my car after leasing it and have used their service department a few times. After my last visit, I noticed the service sticker on my windshield said “FOB 26” “FOB” (“Fresh Off the Boat”) is a derogatory term used to insult immigrants. Seeing that written on my car was shocking and offensive. I am a dual citizen and a Canadian computer engineer , not a “fresh off the boat” immigrant , and even if I were, no one deserves that kind of disrespect. These 5 stars go to Riley. Ive boughten alot of vehicles but he was by far the best and easiest to deal with. Very fair, will go above and beyond and if you have any questions or concerns after buying the vehicle he will still keep in contact with you and treat you like a customer. Some places as soon as you buy the vehicle they dont care about you after but hes not like that. If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle I highly recommend going to him!
Hi, I wanted to share my disappointment with the Fredericton Toyota service I received today. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 AM, and by 5:00 PM, it still had not been properly inspected. According to the system, only a 10-minute inspection slot was recorded, yet none of the issues I brought up were addressed.
