Great Experience I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Toyota Corolla at Collingwood Toyota. My sales consultant, Ed Akitt, was knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire experience. drove many kms because they are so good I live in Ottawa and after horrible experiences with Toyota dealers there I decided to return to my former town to buy another car from Collingwood Toyota because they are that good. They listen to your needs, are willing to negotiate, and stand by their product.
Salesperson rude and downright unprofessional. Of you're not local they will not entertain you. If you just want to shop around they'll tell you " we're doing bidding wars with other dealership " very bad experience with SHANE. 0 STARS IN MY OPINION.
Incompetent Service Reps I was please when they took my car in quickly, but it was all down hill from there. Upon arrival they reviewed the complaint and I signed for diagnostic work. The lady at the service desk said I would get a call about work to be done, but it should be complete by noon. At 12:45 I called the service desk because I had not heard from them. customer service I got the new car from Toyota dealership, collingwood. I got fully loaded with every updated in the car. But after two year I found there is no heated seat and I spoke to the manager at collingwood dealership they say we didnot charged but my question is that I spoke to the person on that time and and they make mistake in this.
