We ordered a Nissan rogue, from our local dealer. The car didn't arrive as scheduled, and the dealer was not interested, would not even investigate, just shrugged.. It was refundable deposit. So we found Cochrane Nissan online, ordered the car, they provided vin and we were able track, it arrived on time and we picked it up. Maddie Warne we found is a very conscientious,helpful sales rep. We bought a Murano April 2023. The Murano was missing a few things we wanted, blockheater and command start. As we are from out of town and on a time schedule, they agreed we could book ther service for our trip in the fall. Maddie has followed up with us to see if we are happy. My Nissan Frontier jack handle broke, looked it up on Nissan.ca and the price MSRP quoted was $13.25. Cochrane Nissan wants $19.88 for it, thats quite a difference - more than it should be.
I bought a new Nissan Murano SL last week at Cochrane Nissan. Excellent service, very nice staff, unbeatable prices. Prabh was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend to everybody to check this dealership before going anywhere else. It is absolutely worth your money to go for a short drive to Cochrane from Calgary and it is not much further than to go to the YYC airport. Thank you very very much! Andrei
This dealership made my first lease experience a stress-free and exhilarating experience! The service was very personable, and every staff member I interacted with were down to earth and very friendly. Once my lease papers were worked out I was picked up on the NW side of Calgary, at my residence, and driven out to the dealership to pick up my new gorgeous vehicle, which was waiting for me decorated with an enormous red bow! I am so pleased with the entire experience!!!

Cochrane Nissan is by far the most professional dealership I have ever dealt with. The owner Shawn and his employees (especially Richard, Kory, John and Tiffany) helped me out in ways I never thought were possible after hitting a deer and ending up with no vehicle. Needed to have the gauge cluster replaced (my info display wasn’t working) as well as my alternator. When I first brought it in at the end of September, they informed me the parts were out of stock and they needed to get them in.
