Went to Clarington Nissan to purchase a new car. Sales rep Steven Osborne is a professional ethical individual and proves himself accordingly. Sales reps work within the parameters of each auto dealership and there are always dealership costs that are set out in every contract. Each purchaser must realize he/she has a responsibility to read their contract before signing. I would recommend Steven Osborne to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle at Clarington Nissan. When my vehicle was just out of warranty, CNissan was kind enough to cover a fairly major repair, all while providing us with a loaner vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and my vehicle was returned to me fixed and detailed! Clarington Nissan is a amazing dealership to purchase a automobile. From the first step in the door until up drive your new car home you are treated like valued customer. So refreshing not to be rushed or pressured into what they want to sell. They actually listen to what the customer wants and do their best to find the best deal for you. Dealership staff was friendly. Upbeat music playing when I entered. I was greeted right away but not aggressively. Went in May to test drive Rogue wasn't pressured in any way; didn't buy at the time. Got 2 texts thay day from sales rep to follow up and keep them in mind. Went back in July and purchased 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum trim level from Kortnee. Excellent Customer Service front to back Went into the dealership thinking I could only afford to purchase an older car. We spoke with Chad (our Sales Consultant), gave him the amounts we were looking to spend and the vehicles we were interested in. He showed us the costs for a brand new model of car we were looking at which was really close to our price point which we were pleasantly surprised to learn. Fantastic Customer service. Dylan took the time to listen to my concerns and ensured that the service department manager was listening too. Taking that extra step to make sure customers are happy even if the end result is not what they wanted, goes a long way in ensuring they remain your customer. Nissan Clarington/Dylan Bedal did that for me today.
Made sure it was right! Great dealership all around. We had an unfortunate situation with a car and they were sure to fix and make it right! Christina went above and beyond and everyone we dealt with was very helpful! Tom explained things to us and Wes the service guy made sure done right! Jonathon was great too.
