⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a dealership that truly goes above and beyond, look no further than Century Nissan. Our recent experience with them absolutely blew every expectation out of the water. Was looking to buy a used vehicle from them, and had a trade in. I needed to do the entire process remotely as I didn't leave nearby, so take my situation with a grain of salt. Good experience working with this dealership. Brianna from digital sales was great, prompt, polite and thorough. Tim in Sales who I'd spoken to a few times in the past as well was great. We didn't end up making a deal, but I'd happily reach out to them again when I'm looking.
The fact that I did not even buy my vehicle from this location (however really wishing I did) and they have gone above and beyond to try to help me is absolutely amazing and needs to be recognized. Very satisfied with the recent trade in process of my '21 Rogue for a '23 Frontier PRO 4X. The salesman, Tim, made everything a breeze for me as I am over 2 hours away from the dealership! Tim accommodated to doing everything virtual for me and scheduling a time convenient for me to pick up my vehicle.
