I had an outstanding experience at this dealership—truly the best service I have encountered. After being told elsewhere that I’d have to wait 30 days for an appointment, I spoke with Brittany, who was able to get me in the next day. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly by the Service Manager. My vehicle was taken back within minutes of my scheduled time; it is rare to see a service department run so efficiently and respect a customer's schedule. The absolute worst customer service from the service department manager. To make a long story short, I was told by the service manager I needed a new catalytic converter on my 2020 Tucson. This was the 2nd one. It had already been replaced in 2023, by this dealership. I questioned why it was going again? I was told to trade my car in, not to by that type of vehicle again,and to put an additive in when I get an oil change. She then said she would check with Hyndai Canada for warranty. I’ve had great experiences with Century Hyundai in the past. After a small hiccup, I tried another dealership, but it didn’t compare. When I returned to Century Hyundai, I was a bit nervous due to a previously escalated situation, but there was no reason to worry. I can not say enough good things about how I was treated by everyone . I was greeted with a smile . Craig was the salesman I was introduced to . He made me feel very comfortable and listened to what it was I was looking for . I felt no sales pressure . They took care of everything for me . A great help when it has been a long time since the purchase of my last new car ...... I will return . This will be my go to place .. the best place in town !
