Stephane Lajoie provided me with A1 service!! Would recommend him to anyone. However, they should be training the girls at service department on how to talk to clients. She’s telling me that I’m mistaken on where I send my car for service because she can’t find my file…. You should never tell a client that they are wrong. Be better. Customer service needs training.
I have had a terrible experience in the past with the service . The lady was very rude to me and used to screen my calls . However, I had an extremely positive experience last week with Stephan Lajoie … he was professional , accommodating. On point . I highly recommend him you will not be disappointed . He represents a 10 star service .
