Today, Anthony at Nissan Capitale, Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, provided me with fantastic service … even though he knew I was a visitor to Canada and would not be purchasing a car or obtaining auto service. Horrible customer service , I ordered a car 3 months ago after 3 months giving me the wrong information about delivery date i found out they have ordered another model by mistake and i have to wait until September , they ruined all my summer traveling plan , I wrote to the general manager but they did not do anything for compensating their mistake. very frustrating and I never recommend this dealership to anyone.
If there was a rating less than 1 star, they deserve it. This is the worse dealer I've ever had to deal with. They lied to me right from the start when I went to buy my current new 2015 Nissan Note in December 2014. Their offer was 89 dollars higher that what Nissan Corporation quoted on the website, they could not validate the difference with an effective pitch.
