I would not recommend this Canadian Tire's auto service. I had an oil change done here last year. When I tried to do it myself this year, I couldn't get the oil drain plug removed with my torque instruments (and I assure you that I'm not a weak guy). When I came to complain, I asked the staff employee if they use impact wrenches for this job (they're not supposed to because it can damage the oil drain pan). Great place to shop and usually have a no questions asked return policy. I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee by the name of Zoe. I had purchased some Christmas lights that where the wrong colour. She gladly offered back money or exchange in Wich I chose exchange because I just needed the right colour. On my way home I got a call (I left my number on the reciept)saying that I had left my purchase on the desk. Waisted no time and picked it up. This is the Canadian Tire that makes every other Canadian Tire look bad. I truly hate shopping here even though i love shopping at most Canadian Tires. None of the items on the website are listed in an isle and most of the items are in the back so you have to track down an employee for them to get it for you or tell you where they are. Items marked on special online are not all marked in store so I always have to search for the best deals before even showing up (which i used to never do).
