I am beyond disappointed with the service department at Nissan Brockville. I brought my brand-new car in for a window issue, and instead of a fix, I left with a mess. The technicians sprayed silicone and oil all over my interior door panels and windows and didn't bother to clean it up. When I pointed out the greasy residue to the Service Manager, his response was to “use a rag; it’ll come off.” Not only was the attitude dismissive, but the windows weren't even fixed. We were in need of a 2nd vehicle, we dealt with Tracy Haarbosch and Ashley Dixon who worked together to get us a fantastic vehicle at an unbeatable price! Ask for john and trust me you wont regret it. He makes it soo easy for you to get any kind of service done at the brockville nissan. I ALWAYS ask for him. He is the sweetest and most transparent guy there. A shout out to maricel too for providing such a smooth shuttle ride
Purchased a new Pathfinder and couldn’t have a had a better experience. Tracy, Dan, Patrick and Chris provided exceptional customer service. Tracy even left a gift in the new vehicle for my daughter. Love the new ride and would recommend these folks to anyone. Jeff L - Brockville
1 star due to incompetent/ignorant parts desk personnel. 18 min. to price and check availability of an alternator with a VIN number. Then asks me what size engine was in the car. Does the VIN not tell you the engine size?. Of course it does! Brockville Nissan you have dropped the ball! I will drive to Kingston Nissan or Ottawa Nissan. To buy parts from now on.
