I recently visited this dealership to look at a vehicle and worked with Simon, who was professional, kind, and very helpful throughout the process. I have no complaints regarding his service. However, when I decided not to proceed with the purchase and requested my deposit back, I encountered another staff member (whose name I didn't get) who was incredibly disrespectful. Even though we bought the car from another location Megan, Ryan and the service team got our emergency warranty issue dealt with efficiently. That service tech Travis was pretty good too!
I recently purchased a Nissan Kicks 2023 SR. The staff at Nissan are great! They are friendly, and care about the buyers needs in regard to buying a vehicle. Not just making money off of their customers as unfortunately some dealerships do. They made the process easy, comfortable, and were very informative.
