Mixed feeling about this dealer when doing maintenance. Had some nice and bad service. The oil changes every 6-8 months are fine tho. On a side note, the seller was very nice and not pushy when we got our last car from them.

Bought a used car from Laurent Vien Labeaumee he was very polite and helpful. I had a issue with the alternator and Laurent took care of it right away. When we picked up the car, it was clean and ready. Great staff and great service. I'll definitely buy my next car here. Thank you.

One of their company vehicles in ontario is driving so recklessly I have felt unsafe on the road rear them. Vehicle 42 Toyota Rav 4 Quebec license plate FTA4666.

Bought a 2020 rav4 hybrid from Luc yesterday. Specifically asked about a known fuel tank capacity issue with the hybrids which he said the car did not have, same day driving off the lot, the car only filled 40L instead of 55L. Additionally, the trunk no longer works and won’t open. This was all the same day of purchase + “certified” inspection with no reported issues. I wouldn’t trust their inspection reports. Truly a shame, I loved Toyota.
