We came to this dealership from an hour away (on a family recommendation), because the Nissan dealership near us was completely unimpressive (Woodchester - Mississauga). We dealt with Sal, who underpromised and overdelivered on our brand-new Pathfinder Rock Creek. He said he would have it for us at the end of April, and he got it within 10 days! Very bad service, very bad push of products nobody needs, unprofessional behavior, no respect for female client, do not trust them. Purchased Honda car for my girlfriend on June 2023, and Colton Ferguson and Paul Lazari pushed the sells of a so called rust protection device. I was against this device because I am a chemist and I know that device cannot work as advertised. Not upfront with the vehicle We bought it from the result of the pictures they posted and multiple phone conversations with them. Speaking quite a few times with the dealership as we lived 5 hours away we were assured that nothing was wrong with the SUV. Once we bought the bus tickets to get there,we were obviously not happy to find 2 dents they hadn’t revealed even though we specifically asked about this.
