Excellent service from Félix! A courteous, kind, and attentive young salesperson. I was very impressed, having had some very negative experiences with other salespeople in the past. Buy at Nissan Mont-Laurier! ☺️
He did work that wasn't on the estimate, took less time than the estimate, but the final bill was higher. When I asked about the work I didn't request, they told me the estimate was 4 hours anyway, and my mechanic did it in under 3 hours, so I still saved money. I'd like someone to explain to me where my savings are if I'm paying more than I should have. And on the consumer protection poster, they advertise an hourly rate, and my estimate was $35/hour higher.
This dealership truly deserves these stars, not just because I made a purchase, but also for the pre-sales service (test drive), not to mention the helpful answers to our questions. The Mont-Laurier team embodies experience and excellence. The owner can be very proud of their team. Congratulations to you all! I highly recommend them!
