Terrible service and unprofessional staff. I took an appointment for testdrive for a specific used car two days in advance. But at the day when I arrived at their place, they told me the car has been sold days ago. And the most irony is I still received their confirmation for the appointment in the morning. When I made the appointment, i have told them I just want to be their place once as it took me 2 hours to get to there.
