Good Sales Department but Very Poor Service Department First off, in spite of my poor rating, the Sales Department (Kyle MacIsaac) has never been anything but outstanding and accommodating. They have been helpful, knowledgeable and always tried to make their customers (me) happy. In fact I have purchased 3 different brand new Toyota's at this location in the past 4 years.
