My experience at this dealership has been a very positive one. Everyone I encountered or being introduced to (in sales and service) is very pleasant, friendly, and professional. My sales Amanda even went above and beyond to put a big red ribbon on my car when I picked it up on my birthday. This was a really nice surprise. I was very impressed by this thoughtful act.
I had an amazing experience with Tony Jurilj at Bailey Toyota. Immediately, he gave me a very good price....far better than every other Toyota dealer in Ontario. Mr. Jurilj was very helpful, kind, polite, knowledgeable. I really appreciate Mr. Jurilj stellar work and experience. I wish every sales person was like Tony. Purchase of Toyota Highlander We purchased a Toyota Highlander and are happy with Bailey Toyota. They were timely in their service and seem to know what they are talking about. Again! Excellent service! Fantastic! Busy day, had a battery issue. Toyota paid jump, and straight to Bailey's where things were looked after VERY promptly with friendly service.
