10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone! All of the sales, service and finance guys were incredible to work with and was great to have comfortable banter with. My trade in wasn’t a simple task as I needed a few things from my trade in on to my new vehicle and can’t thank them enough for what they did and how they handled it. Being a female going into a dealership looking for an off-roading vehicle can be a bit intimidating but can’t thank them enough for making me feel comfortable and getting me a great deal!
We bought an Infiniti QX80 in Dec 2025 from this dealership that was missing a visor. Almost 4 months later and after multiple follow-ups with the sales team, we are still missing this essential item and have been told the item is on back order and they don’t know when it will be in. I simply can’t believe after paying $120,000 for a car, I would still get such a terrible level of customer service from a dealership. Simply unacceptable and unprofessional!
I am not a complaining customer, but I should have read the reviews beforehand before making my decision to buy a car from this location. With no replies to negative comments, it is clear that they do not care, and even this review will probably not make any difference. I swear to God, it is absolutely exhausting when it comes to complaining and dealing with their service department. They can't even do a simple oil change on my car without messing something up. Three different times I took my car for an oil change and they kept messing up their simple job. The first oil change, they over filled my engine with new oil that would have damaged my engine while driving around. The second oil change, they unplugged my dash cam without telling me.
