After getting my new Toyota Corolla 2023; we discovered a problem with the media system.After numerous tries to fix the problem, Toyota decided to replace the entire media system.We then ordered the part for me with no date for its arrival, but the service counter gentleman called Aman Ullah Rana assured me that he would call me as soon as it arrived. Finally a service department that actually, are transparent, efficient and honest, and has a great customer service, I was furious due to a personal event, So i wasn’t very polite i must admit, However, the service person can’t remember he’s name, he had a shaved head, youngster with tattoos… i had issues with my brakes, so i had to get the front brakes done, unfortunately not covered by the warranty whatsoever… so the genuine part’s are expensive, regardless this kid literally showed me the pads showed me the difference, 2m... read more
