I had the BEST service and experience EVER. Ralph, my sales Rep was amazing. He was patient, cordial and very relatable. There was no pressure, and my needs were considered during my appointment. As for the rest of the team, everyone from the Credit agent to the driver who presented me with my car were amazing. I must say this was the best experience I have EVER had at any car dealership. Ralph was incredible! I recently moved from Ontario to Quebec and he treated me with kindness, answered all my questions, and even followed up with me to see how I was liking my new car. Yes, he is bilingual and for someone who cannot speak French this was such a great experience! I can’t express how much I appreciate Ralph and everyone there. Thank you! Great, friendly service, quick repairs, kept me informed throughout. Loaner cars were great as well. Quick and well done repair (fender bender), and were quick to fix other small issues that unfortunately weren't noticed when the car was returned to me, etc. No issues dealing with them whatsoever. Took carenofnit immediately. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
