What a gang! What an experience! I recently had to do business with this dealership and I found my experience OUT OF THIS WORLD. The used car department were able to buy back my 2018 Toyota Prius with a profit on my part, a total SURPRISE to me, this allowed me to put a cash down on another Amazing car which Emile one of the sales reps so graciously found for me. My partner bought a Nissan Leaf from this dealership, we love the car as it is a very comfortable and cool car to drive, but the service we got from the dealership was very poor. We had to fight a lot for them to match their advertised prices to the car, there was a lot of hidden fees, and a lot of confusion for us and they were never clear. We ended getting what we want. Bought a 2019 Leaf. They reserved the car for me. I arrived 2 hour before appointment and they took care of me right away. Estimated my old 2011 Leaf with a nice price. Financing was ok, I beleive the financing is third party. Got the new car wihin the same day. They even came home to pickup my previous Leaf summer tires and rims. I am a happy customer. Merci.
