The technical incompetence of this garage just boggled my mind. Today was my 1st and last time to come to this dealership to service my 4runner. It is the closest one to my place. To start I would like to say that I worked myself in car sales for more than three years. So for everyone to understand the situation. I purchased a used Subaru from the Carignan branch of this dealership in February 2025. It’s been 5 months since the purchase and I haven’t had any issues with the car, so I wanted to leave a review. The salesperson was friendly and transparent throughout the process. They allowed me to take the car for a test drive and even bring it to a mechanic in Chambly for an inspection before finalizing the deal. All SAAQ registration is done in their place. If I need another car in the future, this dealership will be my first stop.
Had a great experience with Sean! He was professional, courteous, and approachable. He provided all the information at face value and made the process a lot less stressful! Will definitely purchase another vehicle from him again!
