Very good dealership experience buying a car. Professional greeting and services from Chris Jang first visit. He’s done test drive and introduction of the vehicle with good communications and expertise. When he’s not on shift he introduced me to Hammad who helped me with very good knowledge and communications as well. Thumb up to both of them. I understand how the business work. I am buying a a 47000 vehicle there. There are a few misunderstood from me to them and I admit that. But I am asking for help and they are not helping as all. My choice is to lose my 2000 deposit or forcing to buy a car. My advice to you. Please ask for the inspection before buy any vehicle from them. As someone who has purchased multiple Nissan vehicles, and spent their time going between all of the Calgary locations, I absolutely recommend coming to South Trail Nissan. If you do come to visit, you need to go and find Ify. He is one of the most down to earth, genuine people you will find. The entire experience was amazing thanks to Ify’s professionalism, willingness to negotiate, and friendly personality. I wish every experience I’ve had was like this last one.

Christopher and the whole crew at South Trail Nissian helped me get into a pre owned model I spent a couple months searching the whole province for . Excellent communication throughout the whole process and they were very accomodating to my requests. I feel like I got a very fair deal and will definitely have this dealership at the top of my list the next time im in the market for a vehicle. Thanks for the great service Chris.
