Overall great experience with Rocoto. I recommend! Great frequency of communication. Good transparency of what are outstanding issues that they will resolve (even when not in the Carfax), what they cannot reasonably resolve and how they can make do (in my case a missing headrest - they offered to replace with a comparable model). Since they are a Toyota dealer, the car went through a rigorous inspection process through which they made ~ $4k of repairs (electronics/body work).
