Buyer beware !! Contacted Rainbow Toyota on Friday , May 29 about a 2021 Toyota 4Runner on their lot . Spoke with Arris and negotiated a final price on the vehicle . Made the 1.5 hour drive to North Battleford to look at the 4Runner in person. Upon test driving it , noticed that the rear locker would not engage and would flash lights on dash indicating an error. We recently became owners of a gently used Toyota Highlander & when traveling from Alberta to PEI had an issue where we required assistance. Due to family living in North Battleford we drove straight to this dealership & they couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived late afternoon, they listened patiently to the situation, did all the things they needed to do, put it on the hoist, fixed the issue & all at no charge! We were so impressed with their friendliness & service . Keep up the great work!!
Excellent Customer Service!! Cameron arranged to have the shuttle take me to work and pick me up when the work was done. The work was done on time and for the right price!
Very patient. They provide me with good service. My glasses was lost 2 days before my appointment and I can't use my car without it, so I cancel and book again after a week and they patiently waited. Furthermore, thanks to ate Jovie who gave me tips on how to operate the car. It's my first time owning one and im very greatful for her help. She even drive me to sgi for my plate. Worth buying my car.
