I recently purchased my first Toyota through Precision. The service has been excellent! Shay is so polite and professional and most importantly patient with all my questions. As this is my first experience with Toyota he went over the features and made sure I was both comfortable and understood them. He is friendly and welcoming even when bumping in to him on the street. They don't call them Precision for nothing. Fact is...they are right on the mark precisely. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by a warm welcoming smile. Even the sales people acknowledge your presence. The Service Team are right on the mark too. They are friendly, patient and welcoming. Me and my daughter are treated like Royalty here at Precision. Moving out from Ontario, one of my worries was honestly finding good, reliable car service again. But the Toyota service at the Brandon location has really lived up to the same standards I was used to. It’s been consistent, straightforward, and I have felt like they actually stick to the same principles of trust and reliability. That peace of mind goes a long way.
