Very good experience no problems that were not quickly resolved and everything on car was up to snuff
I had a fabulous experience at Petawawa Toyota! The Service Advisor named Chuck greeted me as soon as I came in, checked me in to my appointment, carefully explained everything that would be done, gave me an estimate of the amount of time it would take and offered me a free car wash. After the work was done in the time I was told it would be, Chuck explained everything that was done and everything they discovered with courtesy and details and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness.
