They way this dealership operates their service department is frustrating. You make appointments for simple services such as oil changes and tire swaps and it takes hours. It got to the point where I started dropping my vehicle off because I was getting frustrated sitting in the waiting area and my oil change taking minimum 1.5 hrs. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership after making two separate trips from Fredericton, each time based on information that turned out to be inaccurate. On my first visit, I travelled to see a Mazda after specifically asking the sales agent to confirm details about the vehicle’s condition. When I arrived, the vehicle was clearly not as described.
