I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with the service department at Newmarket Infiniti. My 2021 Infiniti is under extended warranty and I received an official recall notice from Infiniti regarding a safety issue in the engine. On Saturday July 20 I accompanied my friend to New Market Nissan/infinity since he was thinking of leasing a Nissan Rogue. We had an appointment with one the best sales people I’ve ever met named Julio. He explained everything regarding the technical aspects and as well as the pricing in a such a professional and honest manner that my friend leased the car right at the spot without needing for a second thought. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership only to discover it has major transmission issues that were never disclosed during the sale. It is incredibly dishonest to sell a car with known mechanical defects without telling the customer. I expected transparency and professional service, but instead, I was sold a lemon. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid this place at all costs!
