At Toyota Baie-Comeau, a service employee in his sixties threatened to never receive service, pressured me to pay for an uncertain diagnosis, and behaved in an intimidating and unprofessional manner; I will never return.
While on vacation on the North Shore and having a muffler problem, the employees were able to use their imagination to a part and all this within the costs we had anticipated. Thank you to this entire team!
