My girlfriend, and partner at work, had a stroke in Jan 2020. For 16 months she has worked tirelessly through pain and rehabilitation to get back to as close to normal as possible. As a result of an atrocious purchasing experience at a Lexus dealership in Toronto, I decided to drive the 40 minutes and almost 40 kilometres to Lexus of Lakeridge as a result of a recommendation. I had my 2021 lexus is 300 f sport towed to lakeridge of Lexus after I hit rock on the 401. I was told I needed a new muffler pipe and a new oil pan for the transmission for a total cost of just over 6000 dollars. I Paid the bill to have the repairs Lexus of lakeridge said needed done. Back in April when I put my summer tires on I noticed transmission fluid on the ground so I brought my vehicle back to Lexus of lakeridge. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do NOT Trust This Dealership! As a single mother of two, one disabled, I spent my last $4,000 on a "new family vehicle" from this dealership, only to be handed a disaster. I was sold a car listed as a Lexus, but it turned out to be from Village Chrysler. Almost immediately, I had issues: bald tires, no windshield wipers, sluggish acceleration, and grinding brakes.
