I informed this dealer about a tear in the leather on the side of the seat, they refuse to take action since Nissan Canada refuse to repair. They referred me to Nissan Canada, who barely took my complaint and indicated they would not contact me since it’s over 12 months (my car was 24 months when I first reported the incident). I told them it’s not normal that I paid more for a brand new 2024 Platinum Pathfinder, better seat material, and it’s the first thing to fail. 3 times they made me go back for the same warranty and never fixed the problem. Charged me for gas on the rental. Missed 3 days work all for them to say I have to come back a fourth time. Very very poor service.
I do not recommend this place, we found that this place robbed customers, the service is terrible, it is slow, we went for a part for the car and they told us that it would cost 250 CAD + tax + labor and that they did not have it in at the moment and nevertheless they charged us 175 CAD for the "estimate" and when we inquired at the Nissan in Mascouche the same part was only worth 100 CAD. And it's not part of ALBI Group.
I had a good experience. Felt unpressured and got a good price for my trade-in.
