Came to Newfoundland for a trip and had a puncture. Very good car repair experience. Although there was some adjustment on the first day, the front desk was very good. The manager was also very nice and patient. He communicated with me using translation software and ordered two new tires for me and replaced them the next day. Recommended

Jason Richards of O'Neill Motors was very professional and considerate! Without getting into details let me just say that Jason was able to rectify a very difficult experience that I had into a very positive one. I reached out to Jason and he immediately followed up with me that day and assured me that he would investigate the matter and set everything straight and that he did. Great experience last week - oil changed, air conditioning fixed - no charge this time around so it was great! They cleaned my mats and provided me with a loaner. Super convenient. Only complaint is that no one picks up the phone on the service desk!

Thanks again for another outstanding vehicle service. As always, you checked all the boxes, kicked all the tires, topped up all the fluids, and did all you could to keep the bill as low as possible.
