I'm extremely frustrated with the mechanic I just visited, as they failed to repair my vehicle correctly, and it's clear they lack the necessary expertise to do so. Every time they attempted to fix the issue, it only seemed to get worse

Amazing customer service from Nicolas and Jonathan. I leased a beautiful Nissan Ariya thanks to them. I really enjoyed Nicolas’s honesty and he wasn’t pushy at all which I greatly appreciated. He was very informative and allowed me to process the information to make an informed decision. I visited 3 other dealerships but nothing compared to the excellent service I received from their team. I was also surprised that I was able to receive my car after 1 week from signing the papers.
On here on behalf of my elderly mom. She has been dealing with the service center here since she bought the car in 2014 and remained a loyal customer through all the ownership changes. The Rogue was defective from the start (leaky sunroof). The front desk manager (now gone) bullied and was aggressively rude with my mom and with me when I started coming with her because she was uncomfortable with his behavior.
