I purchased a used vehicle on Dec 22nd. The car I purchased should have passed a 48 point inspection before even being listed for sale, obviously an inspection wasn't done properly and my car had to go back to the garage within 24 hours. I could have been killed, I drove over the highway that day, I had trouble stopping the car when needed, resulting in going through red lights. I am extremely disappointed with the manager and service department at Clarenville Nissan. I bought a brand new Nissan Qashqai in September of 2020. It is now peppered in paint chips and even has quite a few rust spots (the hood, above my windshield, underneath the passenger side mirror, side fenders and even spots on the doors). I called Clarenville Nissan and they told me to bring my car to the dealership and they would take pictures and send them to Nissan Canada because they couldn't make the decision at their location. ... read more
