The worst dealership we have ever dealt with regardless of make of vehicle. We had our RAV4 stolen in May 2025. It was recovered with no exterior damage but lots of interior such as wiring, hybrid system, window glass etc. The Hawkesbury Toyota dealership claimed they couldn’t supply us with a loaner. Thankfully our insurance policy provided coverage for a rental. Service staff did not reach out to us once during the entire 4 months they had our vehicle. My dealership of choice bc of the staff. I felt they are doing their best despite supply chain headaches. Had an older Tacoma and yes it took a long time for one part to arrive, but I am satisfied with the work done and the effort made to get the truck back on the road as soon as they could. Staff knowledgeable, understanding and patient.
