I hate waiting minimum 3 hrs just for a tire change. 2 x a year for the last few years, always a long wait, even if you come early or late in the season. I'm going elsewhere in the fall... Updating my review from this morning. My appointment was at 9 am, at 12:30 pm i went to check what was going on with the car, because I had to get to work at 1 pm. It was still on the lift, hood up!
