Purchased a new Camry XSE recently. Ryley one of Fredericton Toyota’s sales consultants made the experience hassle free and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are in the market of getting a new vehicle to contact Ryley. He was professional, not pushy, and genuinely put the buyer first. This was our third Toyota we have purchased at Fredericton Toyota and will most likely be back in a few years to do it again!
Dealing with Toyota Fredericton, particularly the service department, has been the worst experience. I’ve been having ongoing issues with fuel mileage with my brand new 2024 RAV4. They have been less than helpful with this issue. I purchased the extended warranty package which came with the regular servicing to maintain the lifespan of the vehicle. I visited Fredericton Toyota to finance my car after leasing it and have used their service department a few times. After my last visit, I noticed the service sticker on my windshield said “FOB 26” “FOB” (“Fresh Off the Boat”) is a derogatory term used to insult immigrants. Seeing that written on my car was shocking and offensive. I am a dual citizen and a Canadian computer engineer , not a “fresh off the boat” immigrant , and even if I were, no one deserves that kind of disrespect. Update: Taking a refundable deposit on a Rav4 you already had coming is not ordering "cars without the sales agreement signed by the client." Again, the primary issue is still that blatantly lying to customers and using the OEM as a scapegoat for your documentation fee is wrong. This is directly from the Toyota Canada website: "A Toyota Dealership is free to set its own selling price for Toyota products and services. Dealer may sell for less. Dealer Fees of up to $999.00."
