Sent my employee from Montreal to get a part from their parts department. HVAC temperature door actuator for Driver's side. When he got there, they gave him the wrong part and overcharged him for the part. The part was used/ tested from their mechanic shop and returned to stock. It had a piece of tape written Passenger side. My employee had paid for the part and left, not realizing the mistake. Emile was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to make the purchase enjoyable and i left feeling at ease snd comfortable with my new Nissan Rogue.
We waited for 3 hours for the winter tires to get installed onto our New car , when we finally got the car the interior was a mess dirty and grease on the new seats ? Also pieces of plastic stuck in the door panels and the exterior of the car was dirty even though it looked like they sprayed it down but didn’t bother cleaning it or wiping it down ? We were also told that the Electric Battery would be fully charged upon delivery mean while it was at 30% and I had to go charge it at Canadian Tire to get it up to 80% $35.00 lat... read more
