Excellent experience with Kendal in sales. Very knowledgeable, respectful and easy to work with. The process was smooth, transparent and efficient. Probably the WORST Services department I have ever dealt with. With that being said, the girls that work in the service department are probably the only ones that know what they are doing and are great to deal with. However the want to be Service Manager/Advisor Alan has got to be the most INCOMPETENT person I have ever encountered.
