I am beyond disappointed with the service department at Nissan Brockville. I brought my brand-new car in for a window issue, and instead of a fix, I left with a mess. The technicians sprayed silicone and oil all over my interior door panels and windows and didn't bother to clean it up. When I pointed out the greasy residue to the Service Manager, his response was to “use a rag; it’ll come off.” Not only was the attitude dismissive, but the windows weren't even fixed. We were in need of a 2nd vehicle, we dealt with Tracy Haarbosch and Ashley Dixon who worked together to get us a fantastic vehicle at an unbeatable price! I called today to talk to the service manager John I believe and I asked him a question about what might be wrong with My wife's car and he was able to diagnose the problem without seeing the car and he was exactly right and very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with I highly recommend that dealership and all Nissan products I myself drive a rogue and I have not been disappointed I have also had an Altima and same thing there they helped me with that car when a half ton truck backed into it and they got it fixed up good as... read more
