A truly wonderful experience that deserves a review! Félix understood my needs effectively and with genuine care. At no point did I feel he was trying to sell me something that wasn't right for me. The service was impeccable. As for his colleague at reception (Marie-Claude, I believe), she was a real pleasure to work with.
