I am writing this review after the change of ownership. I have no idea of what’s going on with the service department but all seems like chaos. The left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing. Making changes to an appointement took me three calls. And yet still received a reminder for the cancelled appointment even after it was rescheduled. My last service there took hours and I just could not get out of the dealership.
