Their staff are friendly, helpful. Great Mobile & Home Internet. I’m handicapped, they held the door for me to enter their store as well to exit. I enjoy being an AT&T customer for sure. Great prices. Love the iPhones too. I have the iPhone 16 Plus. Two months after it came out
Went in to this store to upgrade a phone on one of my lines. My representative, Blayke, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional in the handling of my situation. Returned the next day to turn in my trade-in phone and Lucie was nothing short of the same attributes. Great store, great customer service, thank you!!!
My sister and I came into the AT&T store on the west side of Bloomington, IN to see about getting newer cellphones. The person who helped us was Daniel. He was pleasant, and knowledgeable. He transferred all our data from our old phones to new phones and helped us buy new cases, new screen protectors, and chargers. He was also fast!
Great customer service , staff and manager stayed after hours to help my husband and I resolve a lot of issues the AT&T store in the College Mall had issues with. I recommend this store!
