Double dipping and overcharging 2011 Toyota brakes were deemed fine by this dealer last October when I was charged $275 for oil change plus "preventative maintenance package"- They had the nerve and got away with charging an extra $30 to replace the air cabin filter. July 2015 - Less than 20,000 km later- Brakes now noisy and needed service. OK- Came in as well for oil change. Now told needed complete new front brakes and rears as well. Gave an estimate of $1100. Went to buy a used Honda Civic I liked a Honda civic at their dealership and went to buy it from Halifax after driving 2 hours. I did my credit check in advance and provided all he documents in advanced that were asked to submit. I bought the car at their price, didn't even reduce the penny and he also forcefully offered me the extended warranty by saying that I have to keep it for 90 days in the event I want to cancel it. I bought a bran new toyota Venza (48 000$) I was told that I got such a deal on my car that they could not even give me anything with it !!! I had to pay the carpets(140$), the bug deflector (240$), and only a week after a bought my car I when again to the dealer to get my car wash because I was going for a wedding, and they charged me to wash it !!!!
