I had the BEST service and experience EVER. Ralph, my sales Rep was amazing. He was patient, cordial and very relatable. There was no pressure, and my needs were considered during my appointment. As for the rest of the team, everyone from the Credit agent to the driver who presented me with my car were amazing. I must say this was the best experience I have EVER had at any car dealership. Ralph was incredible! I recently moved from Ontario to Quebec and he treated me with kindness, answered all my questions, and even followed up with me to see how I was liking my new car.
