My husband and I have owned 6 Toyota vehicles over the last 40 years. All of our prior experiences were in Ontario and they were all fully satisfactory. We moved to Vancouver Island just over a year ago and were lucky enough to choose Alberni Toyota as our go to dealer. It happens to be the closest to us but there are three within an easy drive. Poor service. My Mom went here for an oil change and there is a lot of extra charge on the invoice that they did not do. Like charging for a windshield washer? When we check the vehicle it was not filled! Called back the service manager Chris and all he told us was if you want refund come back here. That’s not the point; the point is the dishonesty of this department! I wouldn’t recommend Toyota Alberni for your car needs.
